The AHA 2020 Heartsaver® CPR AED Online Key Code provides the online segment of the Heartsaver CPR AED course when taken in a blended-learning format. This interactive program features audio, video, and engaging activities designed to teach lifesaving CPR and AED skills. Upon completion of the online portion, students attend a hands-on session led by a certified American Heart Association BLS or Heartsaver Instructor, where skills practice and testing are conducted. Successful completion of both the online and hands-on components qualifies students for a Heartsaver CPR AED course completion card, valid for two years. Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for work, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. These courses are also ideal for individuals seeking to be prepared for emergencies in the home or community. The online portion typically takes approximately 2 hours to complete and is compatible with PC and Mac® platforms. Access codes are provided via email within 24 hours for orders placed Monday–Friday (7:00am–4:00pm ET); orders placed after Friday 4 pm ET will be fulfilled Monday morning. As a digital product, it is non-returnable and non-refundable upon activation.
